Happy Friday; how are you? We are heading towards the end of Summer; how's this summer treating you? Did you accomplish what's on your list for this year? ♥️
Today, I'd like to keep it short and give your time back to this beautiful weather. Let's chat about habits; it's a prevalent word that people bring up daily. But are you aware that your actions come with a pattern that incorporates your practices? Most of the time, what you do reflects how you have been treating yourself. ♥️
As a habit can take up to 21 days' practice to fulfill, it sounds easy enough, but it's difficult for people to track and carry on. Therefore, when you think about in practice about certain things, stay back in the situation and check in with yourself. What do you usually do in these situations? And what can you do in the cases? ♥️
