Happy Friday, this week has been stressing myself out a little. Because there are so many uncertainties, and I'm the person who can chill out after knowing what will happen next so that I can prepare for it. Unfortunately, that's not how this world works. ♥️

What I learned yesterday was focusing on the current life instead of worrying about the future because one person's anxiety can pass on to the other person. When you find out that you cause an anxious environment, you'd feel bad because no one wants to make other people unhappy. ♥️

Therefore, if you care about someone, you'd make changes. At least quit worrying about the future, because worries will not do good on anything but stress yourself. Presence is the most valuable time in your life; if you can't make a presence present, it will become a part of your negative past. ♥️

Please start loving yourself from stressing yourself out by not worrying too much, staying positive on everything. Have faith in your life; things will work out as they should be. ♥️
